Dry type Mobile concrete plants

Dry type mobile concrete batching plants are the ones that used when the concrete has to be transported to long distance by mixing the concrete in truck-mixers, and are the low-cost and high capacity plants. 

Aggregates are stored in bunkers and weighed by weighing belt conveyor, and cement is stored in silos and weighed in weighing bin are fed to truck-mixer, and desired amount of water is added and concrete is mixed by truck-mixer on the way to the delivery point of concrete. By this means the untimely concrete setting is prevented. This type of plant is mostly preferred in regions with high ambient temperature.
